Responsibilities
- Advising, guiding, and following up with clients on their matters in collaboration with your local and international colleagues.
- Structuring and documenting regulated funds from pre-launching to post-closing.
- Lead and supervise negotiations and exercise judgment in making complex decisions on behalf of the client.
- Participating in corporate and transactional services.
- Keeping regular information on client industry developments.
- Develop deep knowledge of related practice areas’ law.
- Be proactive and willing to take initiatives and responsibilities (in line with your level of experience).
- Provide high-service delivery for clients and forge deep relationships with them to become a trusted advisor.
- Present highly complex information simply and concisely.
- Seek new business opportunities to grow our business in your practice, in Luxembourg and beyond.
- Enthusiastically support and promote the firm’s strategy and contribute to the practice area business plan.
- Supervising and mentoring junior lawyers.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in UCITS and AIF environment, within a large law firm.
- Being already qualified or admitted to Luxembourg 'Liste II' or the 'Liste IV'.
- You are fluent in English and French - German would be considered an asset.
