A Luxembourg-based AIFM is looking for an experienced Legal & Compliance Conducting Officer ready to run the function, not just support it.
This is not a seat in a large compliance department. You will act as RC for the AIFM and its funds, with a direct line to senior management, the Board, and the CSSF.

Responsibilities
- Run the legal, compliance, and AML/CFT function end to end
- Own the CMP and keep policies aligned with evolving regulation
- Draft and review fund legal documentation, agreements and corporate resolutions
- Prepare regulatory reporting to the CSSF and AED, and reporting to the Board
- Act as the firm's point of contact with regulators
- Advise the business as new products and projects come up
Requirements
- At least 6 years in the Luxembourg fund industry, ideally within a Manco or AIFM
- A strong command of AIFMD and AML/CFT frameworks
- CSSF approval as Conducting Officer is a plus, not a prerequisite
- Fluent English; German or French is an advantage
