Edward Mount is working with a dynamic entity, in the Luxembourgish legal market, in the search of an Alternative Investment Funds lawyer.
This is an independent law firm, one of the largest in Europe, with over 400 lawyers, civil law notaries, and tax advisers in offices over different jurisdictions.
Responsibilities
- Provide practical and in-depth regulatory and legal advice on the structuring and establishment of Luxembourg alternative investment funds and UCITS.
- Advise Luxembourg management companies and AIFMs on their day-to-day operations.
- Focus on US, UK and EU-based fund managers structuring Luxembourg funds and/or expanding their activities in Europe.
Requirements
- You hold a master’s degree in law, holding an LL.M. would be an additional asset.
- You have gained relevant experience in a reputable Luxembourg funds practice in the field of structuring, setting up and advising Luxembourg alternative funds.
- You have strong analytical and drafting skills, are open-minded, entrepreneurial, dynamic and able to work autonomously.
